Function Room Enquiry Form

  • Can children attend?

    Due to our current licensing requirements, children can remain onsite until 21:00.

    We are in the process of requesting a change to this and we will publish an update when one is available.

  • Do I need to include setup time in my hire?

    Yes, you should add additional time for setup. The time you book our function room from and until will mean the room remains closed to guests outside of your event.

  • What is the process to request the room hire?

    All you need to do is submit the enquiry form on this page with as much details as possible. A member of our team will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements.

    Once the booking is accepted, an invoice will be sent to you via email for payment.

  • Can I get a decorator in to decorate the room?

    Yes, we are happy to work with any outside service providers that you wish to work with. As long as the room booking times include the time you would like the service provider to arrive.

  • I see you offer catering, can I use an external caterer?

    We think our catering options from Kitchen@The Measure are great value for money and would highly recommend a discussion with our chef.

    If you would like to use an external caterer then this is fine however, there is an additional charge applied to your invoice.

    The charge isn't applied if you bring your own food.
